Born near the outskirts of Ul'dah, Pheobe is a silly little lady who's maybe just a liiiittle airheaded. She often forgets things, but never means it in a rude way! Outside of work, Pheobe is a Dark Knight and as such, has a strong sense of justice! Gods know how she doesn't stumble with that sword of hers, though. Other than that, she also enjoys changing her appearance, hence the interest in fantasia!
